He is responsible for rostering in excess of 200 staff and 50+ clients, managing client expectations and liaising with our accounts branch to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
He conducts and oversees supervisor inspections of all security officers to ensure they comply with our code of ethics and standards and our overall mission and vision statements and core values.
Darren is always at the ready to be at your venue if the need should urgently arise and has seen enough in his 10 years experience to be able to deal with the most complex situations with poise and confidence.
